How we build a floor
Every floor starts with the concrete: diamond grinding to remove old coatings and contaminants (never acid etching), and crack repair so the system bonds to a sound slab. Then a polyurea base coat, flake, solid color or metallic for the look, and a clear polyaspartic topcoat to protect it. Every product we use is Simiron.
