Beyond flake

Six finishes. Pick the look, we build the system.

We install six finishes: flake, metallic, solid color, quartz, stained concrete, and grind and seal.

Flake

Vinyl chips broadcast to full coverage under a clear topcoat. Hides dirt and wear, adds grip. The default for garages, patios and most commercial floors. Every blend in the chart above is a flake finish.

About flake floors
Close view of bronze and silver metallic swirls

Metallic

Hand-worked metallic pigments in clear epoxy. Marble, lava and ocean effects with real depth. No two floors alike. The showpiece finish.

About metallic floors
Glossy white solid-color floor in a commercial space

Solid color

One clean color, glossy or satin. Sharp under lights, easy to stripe. Shows dust more than flake, so it suits spaces that stay clean.

About solid color floors
Close view of multicolor quartz granules

Quartz

Colored quartz sand in epoxy for maximum texture and build. Restrooms, kitchens, wash bays, locker rooms.

About quartz floors
Stained concrete front porch with brick columns

Stained concrete

Water-based stain that soaks into the slab for warm, variegated earth tones. Sealed on top. Patios, porches, pavilions, interiors.

About stained concrete floors
Ground and sealed natural concrete

Grind and seal

The concrete you have, ground clean and sealed clear. Matte, satin or gloss. The honest industrial look.

How to choose

Three questions settle it.

  • What rolls, drops or spills on it? Cars and tools want flake or solid color with a durable topcoat. Water wants quartz or a textured flake.
  • How clean does it stay? Flake hides. Solid and metallic show. Be honest about the space.
  • Inside or out? Outdoor floors get a UV-stable topcoat and usually a lighter blend so they stay cooler. Stain is the warm option for porches and pavilions.
