4 short guides on getting an estimate, choosing a system and caring for the floor.
What to ask before you hire anyone to coat your garage floor
Seven questions that separate a floor that lasts from one that peels in a year: prep, topcoat, thickness, cure time, who shows up, what is in writing.
Read the guideEpoxy and polyaspartic, explained in plain English
Epoxy, polyurea and polyaspartic: what each one does, where each is strongest, and the system we put down. Read it before you compare quotes.
Read the guideFlake, metallic, or quartz: which finish fits your floor
The three decorative systems side by side: how they look, how they wear, where each one belongs, and how to choose between them without second-guessing.
Read the guideHow to keep a coated floor looking new
The short version: sweep it, hose it, skip the wax. The long version covers the first week, hot tires, chemicals, and what to do if something chips.
Read the guideDay-of checklist.
What to sort out before, during and after the day we coat your floor.
Clear the floor
Everything off the concrete: cars, shelving, bins, the fridge. If that is a problem, tell us when you book and we will plan for it.
Access
Make sure we can get into the space on the day. We will confirm anything else we need when we schedule.
Pets and kids
Keep them off the floor until we say it is ready. Fresh coatings and paws do not mix.
Cure time
Walk on it after 8 hours. Move heavy items back after 24. Drive on it after 48.
Cleaning
Sweep, blow, or hose. Mild cleaner when needed. No wax, no harsh solvents.
